Subscribed Online E-Resources (E-Journals and E-Books):

1. INFLIBNET N-LIST: The College Library subscribes to the N-LIST programme i.e. (National Library and Information Services Infrastructure for Scholarly Content) of INFLIBNET funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. This is a College component of the e-ShodhSindhu Consortium. This programme gives access to more than 6,150 e-journals and more than 31,64,309 e-books. It covers subject areas like humanities, social sciences, physical sciences, chemical sciences, biological sciences, medical sciences, mathematical sciences, law, history, political sciences, linguistics, literature, to mention a few. Access has also been provided to JSTOR through N-LIST from January 2013. Further, Access to South Asia Archives (SAA) having 4.5 million pages and World E-Book Library (WEL) having 30,00,000+ titles, subscribed by eShodh Sindhu on behalf of National Digital Library (NDL), are made available to member colleges of NLIST Programme through proxy server set up at INFLIBNET Centre. These resources are available 24 X 7 through REMOTE ACCESS on the user's devices - Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Smartphones and/or Palmtops. 1. ?National Digital Library of India (NDLI) (MHRD-Govt. of India and IIT-Kharagpur Initiative) (9,21,86,667 resources)

2. NDLI COVID-19 Research Repository - Single window access to various types of COVID-19 Research Resources on NDLI website

3. eShodhSindhu - Online Resources for supporting Researchers in COVID-19 situation: Research material, educational course material as a support for students, research scholars and academics and to support educational institutions during this challenging time of COVID-19.

4. COVID-19 Information Portal by EBSCO - An ‘Open Access Initiative of EBSCO that provides information about trending topics, maps and data visualizations, global news, and journal updates about COVID-19.

5. National Science Digital Library (Developed by  CSIR-NISCAIR)

6. Project Gutenberg: It is a library of over 70,000 free eBooks, with the world’s great literature here, with focus on older works for which U.S. copyright has expired.  

7. World Digital Library: A project of the U.S. Library of Congress, with the support of UNESCO, and contributions from libraries, archives, museums, educational institutions, and international organizations around the world. It offers access to significant primary materials from cultures around the world, including manuscripts, maps, rare books, musical scores, recordings, films, prints, photographs, architectural drawings, and other significant cultural materials, dating back to 8,000 BCE. 

8. Internet Archive is a non-profit library of millions of free books, movies, software, music, websites, and more. (41 million books, 14.7 million audio recordings, 8.4 million videos, and much more)

(B) Open Access Video Content:

1. JoVE Journal - Scientific video journal. Peer reviewed. Multi-disciplinary. Indexed in PubMed and Web of Science.

2. JoVE Encyclopedia of Experiments - Biology: JoVE Encyclopedia of Experiments is the first-in-the-world online video encyclopedia of advanced research experiments. This resource enables scientists in academia and biotech to efficiently learn new experiments and research technologies to advance their work.

1. DOAB (Directory of Open Access Books): Over 66,000 Academic peer-reviewed books from 393 publishers  

2. Digital Library of India (Project funded by the Govt. of India.) (5,50,603  books in PDF format) 

3. IntechOpen - 6,300 Open Access E-Books for the Scientists by the Scientists

4. OAPEN  (Open Access Publishing in European Networks) -The OAPEN Library contains 36,000 freely accessible academic books, mainly in the area of humanities and social sciences. 

5. Project Gutenberg: Project Gutenberg is a library of over 60,000 free eBooks.

6. ManyBooks: Ultimate guide to free e-books, offers more than 50,000 ebooks to be discovered!

7. HathiTrust Digital Library: HathiTrust is a partnership of academic and research institutions, offering a collection of 17+ million items digitized from libraries around the world.

8. PDFDrive - PDF Drive is a search engine for PDF files offering over 83,490,736 eBooks to download for free.

9. ?OpenStax - Free, flexible, peer-reviewed Textbooks available in convenient formats for students (Science, humanities, social sciences, commerce, etc.)

10. Open Textbook Library - Textbooks every student can access and afford. These books have been reviewed by faculty from a variety of colleges and universities to assess their quality.
